I've spent over a decade in the trenches of enterprise technology — leading technical operations, managing large-scale systems integrations, driving CRM strategy, and building the infrastructure that keeps complex organizations running.
I was part of the founding core team at GIACT, a high-growth fintech startup, where I rose from System Administrator to SVP of Integrated Services — managing 100+ active client integrations, migrating 85% of operations onto Salesforce, and overseeing a billing system processing $50M annually. I continued at Refinitiv/LSEG before joining Inbenta as Head of Customer Operations & CRM Technology, leading a globally distributed team reporting directly to the CEO.
